Words form Deep Left Field

Well, the other day I went to a local Walmart and bought a bunch of stuff. I called a taxi and emptied my shopping cart... except for a library book and a $25 phone card. I cussed a lot but I will probably have to replace the book.

In other news, a couple with kids moved in below me. However, though I hear them at times I don't see much of them. That works out to my advantage.

Finally, I put a computer on layaway!!! In a couple of weeks I should be able to get the computer out, if the last of my loan money comes through OK. It's a laptop and for $20 I can have access to the web via a on-campus hotspot. Later.
